1. First and foremost, read the Readme file you get with purchased product. 98% answers are inside it. If you encounter something that isn't covered by readme, contact us.

2. All software listed here has been vetted with rigorous testing. We aim to please with quality of our releases so releases are tested frequently so end-user would have best and fastest experience possible.

3. All future updates of the plugin\software are free.

4. How do you activate these premium plugins or software?

When you purchase a product you will get a "Activator". When you run that activator it will how your Computer ID. Then we will generate a name and key for that computer and you just enter those values and you don't have to think about it ever again. 5. Why do I need to give you my Hardware ID?

It is to prevent leaks and to make sure only people that bought the software can use it. We don't want you to  pay for the software and then somewhere out there it leaks and then you gave your money for nothing. Our anti-leak policy is very strong and it is unbreakable.

6. I have problems with my purchase.

7. Can I buy more than 1 software of the same type?

Of course! Every user will get their own Hardware ID name and key and they can use it indefinitely.
